Wedding Day
- 10 hours on the day coordination starting when you need it most
- Greeting suppliers and taking over as main point of contact
- Assisting with DIY set up
- Management of the timeline and adjustment where required
- Guest movement and direction where required
- Coordination of key moments such as cake cutting, first dance, speeches etc.
- Discreetly troubleshooting as required
- Acting as the main point of contact for supplier, venue and guest queries
- Coordinating end of day pack down if required

The Handover- Let me take the reins
Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but are ready to put down the spreadsheets, stop chasing suppliers and finally enjoy being engaged. I’ll take over the final six weeks, giving you the reassurance that everything is organised, the details are covered and your wedding is in safe hands.
Before the wedding
- Everything provided in The Final Detail package plus:
- At 6 weeks all supplier contact transfers to me. One point of contact, rather than several suppliers needing your time.
- One weekly update call or email. One conversation. One set of decision making.
- Final week handover call.
Wedding Day
- Up to 12hrs on the day coordination
- Greeting suppliers, assisting with set up, coordinating the bridal party
- Management of the timeline and adjustment where required
- Guest movement and direction where required
- Coordination of key moments such as cake cutting, first dance, speeches etc.
- Discreetly troubleshooting as required
- Acting as the main point of contact for supplier queries
- Coordinating end of day pack down if required
